Initiating conversation and fostering connection (yes, even on the “hard” stuff) is essential on the path to developing a high performing team with trust.  What makes a conversation difficult?  Is it worry about how the other person will react, not knowing how to initiate the topic, not enough time, or rationalizing that it isn’t a big enough issue to warrant a discussion?

First time to a group coaching session?

These sessions are designed to provide a sample of coaching with a small group. All participants agree that discussion during the session is confidential. Sessions are NOT recorded.

Sessions begin with an introduction of participants, review of session format and protocol for session, and then we move into session topic discussion.

Sessions are limited to 8 participants to ensure all attendees can actively engage. Participants are strongly encouraged plan on attending with cameras on.
