Establishing and Maintaining Boundaries

Boundaries are often “drawn” or established when something undesirable occurs or a line is crossed.   Strategically creating boundaries in alignment with your goals creates a greater chance of getting you (and your organization) to the finish line.  When your organization is left to discover boundaries or unwritten rules experientially, it impedes productivity and increases frustration.

Explore opportunities to develop personal and/or operational boundaries that support achieving objectives making them easier to define and uphold.  As well as embracing the idea that a boundary is a method of sharing was IS okay in addition to the common connation exclusively of what is not okay.
